  1. Trainee Engineer

      Report to : Construction Manager
      Subordinate : Nil
    • Diploma/Degree fresh graduate
    • Responsibilities :
    • Provide technical support to variety of field studies Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Planning and drawing
    • Provide information and assistance to project team and client on the engineering activities and related issues
    • To initiate trouble shooting and repair of machinery and system breakdown
    • Assisting on site installation and pre commissioning and commissioning
    • Responsible for compilation of activity reports as per monthly, weekly and daily
    • Responsible for ensuring other related maintenance equipment are well maintain
    • Perform construction inspection duties on assigned project and ensure worked performed complies with project standards and contract
    • Involved in weekly subcontractors and clients meeting
    • And other responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time
  2. Planning Engineer

      Report to : Construction Manager/Project Manager
      Subordinate : Nil
    • Recognized degree from relevant field with 4-5 years working experience in similar
    • Responsibilities :
    • Direct project planning & programs
    • Anticipate & project for organization change
    • Design & develop cost saving systems
    • Created a schedule and outlined the project work/ran the schedule with detailed duration and sequence utilizing primavera to calculate dates
    • Assigned resources and communicate this information to all project participants
    • Ensured flexibility to meet changing customer direction and meeting city and construction needs
    • To prepare projects and monitor schedules and highlight critical path activities
    • Prepare regular detailed work progress report
    • Advise and discuss with Construction Manager/Project Manager of site problems and issues
    • Carryout work inspection to monitor progress
    • To check and advise of any changes and instruction from client and consultants and to plan the work accordingly
    • Develop strategies for claims resolution
    • Provide report on the status of all current projects claims
    • To supervise re measurement, additional and extra work variation and be responsible for monthly invoicing for projects
    • Collate/maintain documentary evidence for all contractual claim issue to clients
    • To resolve problems, claims and disputes through negotiation with clients as well as subcontractors
    • And other responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time
  3. Construction Superintendent

      Report to : Project Engineer
      Subordinate : Nil
    • Relevant technical qualification or 5 years working experience
    • Responsibilities :
    • Responsible for monitoring and control of the progress of all production works
    • Direct control of labor working under his charge
    • Provide a feedback to construction manager and project manager on the progress and status of works, availability and allocation of manpower
    • Highlight potential quality related problems to Construction Manager & Project Manager and to liaise with the QC Coordinator for corrective actions
    • Assist construction and project managers in implementing the quality program
    • Responsible for all construction relevant documents such as drawings with latest revisions are used by supervisors and workers
    • Supervise construction activities required to complete the work on time ensuring it meets the drawing’s specifications requirements
    • Conduct quality control toolbox talk together with the quality control personnel
    • Responsible for directing the day to day performance of work and to supervise the work
    • Assist and arrange the material request work execution and coordination with supervisors and subcontractors
    • Monitor the safety of personnel under his charge
    • And other responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time
  4. Document Controller

      Report to : QA/QC Manager
      Subordinate : Nil
    • Minimum qualification is SPM with 1-2 year working experience
    • Responsibilities :
    • To ensure that administrative documents, registers and records are identified and field in accordance with the Quality System requirements
    • Record all the incoming and outgoing mail
    • Perform miscellaneous duties such as sorting and distributing the mail
    • Maintain files and office record and provide general assistance
    • And other responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time
  5. Accounts Executive

      Report to : Accounts Manager
      Subordinate : Nil
    • Diploma or relevant qualifications in Accounting with 3-4 years working experience or 5 years similar working experience.
    • Responsibilities :
    • Assist in preparing monthly management accounts, reconciliation report analysis and ensure timely completion and submission to the Management
    • To be responsible for timely monthly financial closing procedures/accounting routines
    • Responsible in ensure timely preparation of various account’s report and analysis of accounts
    • Handle Full set of Accounts, daily accounts function, month end and year end account closing
    • Monitors accounts receivables and unbilled revenue, ensure timely billing, collections and when provisions will be needed
    • Prepares monthly accounting schedules for review (Eg: Bank Reconciliation, Accruals Listing etc)
    • Prepares Withholding reports & other statutory forms as instructed by the Accountant for timely submission to the relevant Malaysian authorities
    • Assist the Accountant on the maintenance of tax records and preparation of tax returns and related reports to ensure compliance with the Malaysian tax regulations
    • Ensure all standard invoices are prepared and sent out each month on timely basis
    • Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts such as general ledger account
    • Responsible for submission of statutory requirements, including all enquiries about finance and accounts by auditors and other relevant statutory authorities
    • Assist the Accountant in the collection of data as required for regular reports, budgets and/or forecasts
    • Responsible for accurate accounting data entries including Bank Book, Journal, billing and purchase transaction etc
    • Responsible for reconciliation control which is related to accounting such as bank balances, bank loan statement, stocks and etc
    • And other responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time.
  6. Electrical & Instrument Engineer

      Report to : Construction Manager
      Subordinate : Nil
    • Degree in Instrumentation Engineering or related Engineering field with 2-3 years working experience.
    • Responsibilities :
    • Responsible for all instrument matters related to various projects being undertaken by the Company.
    • Prepare technical report of installation and commissioning.
    • Prepare requisition/specification for electrical system and equipment.
    • To effectively perform installation, commissioning supervision at site.
    • Liaise and coordinate between installation and commissioning team and clients.
    • Prepare technical report of installation and commissioning.
    • Study all incoming instrumentation drawings from clients and highlight discrepancies.
    • Responsible for projects technical proposal, shop drawings, revision and as built drawings.
    • Prepare shop drawings for fabrication & on-site verification for existing installation.
    • Monitor workers daily activities and work progress reporting.
    • Responsible for monitoring the subcontractor’s daily activities, work progress, quality inspection check and safety surveillance.
    • Responsible for project documentations such as inspection and Test Plans, drawing preparation, redline markup and other related projects documents.
    • Act as liaison to the owner for all mechanical maintenance service activities.
    • And other responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time.
  7. HSE Officer

      Report to : HSE Manager
      Subordinate : Safety Supervisor
    • Degree/Diploma holder with minimum 2-3 year experience in construction industry. Preferable attended & attained certificate with DOSH/OSHA and familiar with OSHA and its regulations
    • Responsibilities :
    • As an advisor for Occupational Safety, Health & Environment matter to the management
    • Performs daily inspection at Construction Site to verify conformance with the approval safety program
    • As a secretary for Company HSE Committee
    • As an auditor (together with the management) in auditing and monitoring Safety & Health hazard/programs/matters
    • Conduct Company HSE Committee meeting at least on per month and must conduct investigation immediately after any accident happen
    • To plan and conduct HIRARC and review once a year or if there is any process changes
    • Develop and maintain Safe Operating Procedures and HSE manual
    • Investigates and propose corrective action after the accident
    • As a First Aider for the company and maintain custody of First Aid box
    • Liaise with DOSH and company DOSH officer in any inspection or routine check
    • Conduct HSE training or induction to those workers
    • Conduct Daily Toolbox meeting at job site
    • To submit monthly report on Occupational Safety & Health issues to the Company HSE Committee chairman and the management
    • To make recommendation to the management for any HSE improvement
    • To review and update all relevant legal and other requirements as well as is evaluation and compliances
    • To liaise with purchasing to communicate with external parties eg: supplier, contractor, outsources who work on behalf of the organization about OSH requirements
    • And other recommendation to the management for any HSE improvement
    • And other responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time
  8. Assistance Project Manager

      Report to : Project Manager
      Subordinate : Construction Superintendent, QC Leader and Safety Leader and Planner
    • Degree holder with 6-7 years working experience or minimum 10 years working experience in similar positions
    • Responsibilities :

      The Assistance Project Manager shall, by direct participation or by co-ordination of project personnel, plan and control the execution of the project in a cost-effective manner which ensures compliance with the Contract technical, program and safety requirements.

      The Assistance Project Manager shall work closely with Construction Manager to select project personnel, allocate work and monitor progress and as such shall have overall responsibility for ensuring that the following functions are carried out effectively;

    • Safety
    • Scheduling and Planning
    • Cost Control
    • Procurement (Bulk (Supply to Siemens) and Consumables etc.)
    • Direct project Administration and contractual compliances
    • Construction
    • Quality Assurance
    • Resource Allocation (Labour & Equipment)
    • Personnel and industrial relations
    • Project reporting (internal & Client)
    • Design overview

    • The Assistance Project Manager shall also define and subsequently ensure the maintenance of the projects organisation’s interfaces with the Client and subcontractors.

      Accountable for the:
    • Overall implementation of the requirements and provisions of the Project Safety and Health Plan and attainment of Project Safety Goals;
    • Provision of adequate safety resources to the project;
    • Safety performance of all groups associated with the project; and
    • Statutory reports required by relevant government bodies.
    • Responsible for:
    • Regularly reviewing the Project Safety and Health Plan to ensure its continual relevance to the project as site work progresses; and
    • Establishing and maintaining a positive safety climate on the project.


      Participate in the Site Occupational Health and Safety meetings to ensure that the project safety philosophy is put into effect

      Review of Subcontractor Safety and Health Plans. As Required
      Review accident/incident statistics and any relevant safety reports Weekly
      Review project safety performance with Safety Manager as appropriate. Weekly

    • Controlling the construction cost by constantly comparing cost with budget estimate
    • Identifying the construction cost trend and proposing corrective actions against cost increase trend, identifying the risks which may generate construction cost increase
    • Reviewing estimates of modification, and evaluating various parameters by preparing the necessary economic studies
    • Review sub-contractors work order and submit to Project Manager for Approval
    • Verifying that all activities are inter-connected in order to render them compatible with others and ensure the respect of the Project completion date
    • Monitoring the evolution of all the schedule, anticipating trends or possible deviation, in order to quantify their impact on the overall schedule and cost
    • Propose alternative construction methods or sequence to cope with delays
    • Review and coordinate project budget in coordination with contract service
    • Review the material procurement order and submit to Project Manager for approval
  9. Logistic and Purchasing Executive

      Report to: Accounts Manager
      Subordinate: Nil
    • Minimum 2-year experience in logistic, purchasing or related career in construction company or other similar area of industry.
    • Diploma or University degree in logistic, supply chain or Business Administration.
    • Have knowledge of the entire purchases cycle on the construction project, or other similar area of industry.
    • Excellent communication skills to liaise with external parties and staffs in the Company, in English, Malay and Mandarin.
    • Responsibilities:
    • Responsible for day to day Logistic and Shipping related administrative work, such as preparation of shipping documents, good received notes, packing list, DO and others.
    • Liaise with forwarder, shipping agents and delivery agents, on the shipping and delivery of materials and equipment to project sites.
    • Liaise with Material Controller/HOD/Project Manager on the requirement of the material and equipment for the projects.
    • To manage the purchase requests made by the project’s Material Controller/Project Manager and head of other departments.
    • Prepare Purchase Order, compile invoices and delivery order for approval for payment purposes.
    • Updates PO transactions, generating management and ISO reports on monthly basis.
    • Monitor on the movement of the materials and equipment purchases, to ensure both are reached at the agreed time and venue.
    • To maintain the records & schedules on the delivery and shipping of the materials purchased.
    • To prepare monthly inventory list and control, for materials stored in the warehouse.
    • To monitor stock level, initiate order within the guideline set by the account manager in the warehouse.
    • Responsible for the store arrangement and maintenance of equipment & material, in the warehouse.
    • Conduct periodic stock check/count, as and when required by account manager and auditor of the Company.
    • Performing any other purchase and logistic-related matters if required, as per assigned by Project Manager/Account Manager.
